Codec (AKA Mr. Fruit Guy)
Codec is a Gloom in HeartGold version with the ability Slow Start. His moves are Sludge, Poison Jab, Pay Day, and Frenzy Plant. He is always is the PC and works for Bill and tries to release all of the other Pokemon in the PC. His plans are always foiled by Hacker Cat, who calls Codec "Mr. Fruit Guy".
