Tiger is a Charizard in X and the second fire starter to survive the fire curse. He was given to Richard as a Charmander in Lumoise City. Tiger is a clone, giving it tiger-like stripes. It eventually became Charizard and even learned how to mega-evolve. He made it into the Hall of Fame.
